First car for our daughter
We were looking for a run around for our 17 year old daughter, her first car. Our budget was £2000 and we came across Pre-Loved which was near to where we lived. We viewed a car (Fiesta Zetec 1.25) on sale and negotiated a price with the Pre-Loved owner. He was really great to deal with and helped us out prepping the car, as we wanted to make sure the car was serviced and mechanically sound for our daughter. He even had the car polished and delivered it with bows on, what a guy! Consequently our daughter loved the car and is over the moon. Thank you Pre-Loved.

Nice experience, He did a video walk round of the car and showed us everything we asked about, then delivered the car taking care to be socially distant and safe.

We purchased a car from this company during the pandemic while full lockdown was in place and we needed to shield vulnerable family members. This meant we couldn't go to see a car in person but, the whole experience we have had with this company has been seamless. From start to finish Louis was friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, we felt reassured and we are very happy with the car we have received thus far.
The car was delivered to our door and our old car driven away. I can highly recommend this company if you are looking for a second-hand car. Even with distance buying, we were supplied with videos and photos, even if the engine running and I cannot fault anything at all.

I bought a car from this company and all I can say is Louis was fantastic! Super helpful and friendly. I had alittle issue with the car I bought but louis got it sorted super quick and I was on my way! Also the car was delivered to me the day I part-ex my car so was no hassle at all fantastic service. Brilliant company, I bought a tidy little mini from here a little while ago and have been meaning to leave a review for some time.
I've had poor experiences with buying second hand cars before but coming here Louis was an absolute legend! Everything sorted easily and the car runs like a buet. Louis was also around for any questions after I bought the car as well which was super helpful.
Can't recommend highly enough, I'll be getting my next one from here for sure.
